FLUTED Acrylic

General description：

The heated acrylic sheet is placed on the mold and bent into the desired shape by external force. Place the heat-bent acrylic sheet in a well-ventilated place and let it cool naturally to fix its shape. The cooled acrylic products are post-processed, such as grinding and polishing, to improve their surface quality and finish. The heating temperature and time need to be adjusted according to the thickness and type of the acrylic sheet to avoid deformation or damage of the acrylic sheet due to excessively high or low temperatures.

Precautions

1. There is a slight color difference between different batches of products, which is a normal phenomenon. It is recommended to use products from the same batch

2. Reasons for yellowing and fading of acrylic sheets after flattening:

① High-temperature objects are in contact with the surface of the plate for a long time;

②Exposed to the high-temperature environment or direct sunlight for a long time;

③The product is placed in an extremely humid environment for a long time.
